Uncomfortableness.

Have some easy to follow advice. Pay attention. Always. Just be aware of your surroundings. If you do that, maybe you will avoid uncomfortable situations.

My wife and I had her sister and bro-in-law in town for the holiday weekend. On Saturday, we chose to take them to The Flying Biscuit. The actual location being here.

Saturdays are fairly busy. Like a 45 minute wait busy. Wife sees a book store and suggests that we go look around during the wait time. Sounds good.

But, not. Not really.

Walking in, there seemed to be a plethora of gay and lesbian adult books. Gay and lesbian sex books! I, still thinking it's just a normal book store that just happens to have an abundance of homosexual sex books, decide to ask the clerk if they had a Dean Koontz novel available. As she walks me back to the corner, I finally realize that it's not a normal book store. Obviously, they didn't have the book. I quickly turn around and gather everyone else who were still a little oblivious.

Upon exiting the store, we turn to face the sign just to see what it really is.

Yeah. How the crap did we miss that! Sheesh! Now I know I can't blindly follow my wife.
