The Last Guy is a PSN title that is apparently available tomorrow on the Japanese PSN. From all the screenshots, there seems to be an english translation.

So, if you're sneaky, get on your Japanese PSN accounts tomorrow and download it!

Here's the gist:

TLG is a topdown game and uses real-time Google Earth imagery. With this topdown view of any location on EARTH, you are trying to find and draw the best possible escape routes to save people from zombie attacks.
